Please see the following instructions for help to add a new email account for your device:

Laptop

Open Outlook, click on File at the top left.

Click on Account Settings, then Account Settings again from the dropdown.

Click once on your email name to highlight it, then click Remove just above the name.

Click Add. Enter the email and password.  If it asks for Office 365, Exchange, POP, or IMAP, click on Exchange.

Send an email to it from another account to make sure it works.

Android Phone

Open Outlook.  Tap on the horizontal lines at the top left.  Tap on the Settings gear icon at the bottom left.  Tap on your account name.  Tap on the red Delete Account at the bottom.

Go back to settings and add the account back in.  Tap on Add Account. Tap Add an email account.

If it suggests another email that you have but don’t want setup (gmail, yahoo, etc.) uncheck it then tap skip at the bottom.

Enter the email and password.  If it asks for Office 365, Exchange, POP, or IMAP, tap on Exchange.

Send an email to it from another account to make sure it works.

IPhone and IPad

Go to your iPhone or iPad’s Settings > scroll down and tap Accounts & Passwords > Add Account.

Note: If you’re on iOS 10, go to Mail > Accounts >Add Account.

Select Exchange.

Enter your email address and a description of your account (optional). Tap Next.

Tap Sign In.

Note: Tap Configure manually if you need to enter server settings.  You should not have to do this.

Enter the password associated with your email account. Tap Sign in or Next.

The Mail app may request certain permissions. Tap Accept.

Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap Save. If you are unsure which to select it is OK to select them all.

You’re done!
