He holds an M.S. in Counseling and Personnel from Oklahoma State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Hickman spent 18 years with McGlarey & Pullen, LLP, a Top Five accounting firm, helping them grow from 40 offices to more than 70. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Beta Alpha Psi, the national student accounting fraternity, for his leadership in that industry.

In addition to his work in employment services, Bob is also a proven motivational speaker and career counselor. He has spent decades talking to small groups and meetings of over 1,000. He also advises on personnel programs within companies and can help identify management best practices. Bob is an expert on sexual harassment training, performance appraisals, HR litigation and operations.
